Raipur: Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel in a virtual program organized at his residence office on October 17, Chhattisgarh government’s three ambitious schemes, farmers under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, cow dung sellers, villagers and cattle farmers under Godhan Nyay Yojana and Rajiv Gandhi Rural landless agricultural laborers justice. Under the scheme, a total of Rs 1866 crore 39 lakh 32 thousand will be transferred online in the accounts of the beneficiaries. This will strengthen the rural economy and increase the vibrancy of the markets.Along with this, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate the newly formed 10 revenue sub-divisions and 25 tehsils in the state and will also launch a new version of the Namantran portal for simplification of the conversion process.Chief Minister Shri Baghel as the third installment of ‘Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana’ for the year 2021-22, a total of 1745 crore rupees to 23 lakh 99 thousand 615 farmers of the state, under ‘Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana’ for the financial year 2022. As an amount of -23, online payment of Rs.115 crore 80 lakh 32 thousand will be made to 4 lakh 66 thousand 880 beneficiaries and Rs. In this way, the Chief Minister will transfer a total of Rs 1866 crore 39 lakh 32 thousand online to the accounts of the beneficiaries of all the three schemes in a single day.Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana Under the Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel ‘Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana’, an amount of Rs 1745 crore will be paid to 23 lakh 99 thousand 615 farmers as the third installment for the year 2021-22. Out of this, Rs 1679 crore 59 lakh to 23 lakh 02 thousand 737 farmers taking paddy, Rs 60 crore 97 lakh to 01 lakh 98 thousand 754 farmers taking other crops, 17 thousand 523 farmers taking other crops instead of paddy 04 Rs.38 crore and input assistance of Rs.06 lakh will be paid to 222 farmers doing plantation.Under the ‘Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana’, an input assistance of Rs.14670 crore 10 lakh has been given to the farmers till now, including two installments of Kharif year 2019, Kharif year 2020 and Kharif year 2021. This amount will increase to Rs 16,415 crore 10 lakh by including the third installment of the scheme being distributed on October 17. In Kharif year 2019, paddy producers will get Rs. 5627.02 crores at the rate of Rs. 10 thousand per acre to 18 lakh 43 thousand 370 farmers, Rs. 5553.08 crores to 20 lakh 59 thousand 068 farmers in Kharif year 2020 at the rate of Rs. 9 thousand per acre. been paid. In the Kharif year 2021, input assistance of Rs 3490 crore has been distributed in two installments to 23 lakh 99 thousand 615 farmers producing all the crops included in the scheme including paddy.Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana was implemented from the year 2019 with the objective of providing input assistance to the paddy producing farmers. From the Kharif year 2021 onwards, a provision of input assistance was made to the farmers producing agricultural and horticultural crops at the rate of 9 thousand rupees per acre per year. In the Kharif year 2020-21, a provision was made that in the area sold by the farmer at the minimum support price, if fragrant paddy, fortified, other cereals, pulses, oilseeds, horticulture crops are taken instead of paddy, then 10 thousand rupees per acre annually. Provision has been made for giving exchange assistance. Similarly, a provision has been made to provide input assistance of Rs 10,000 per acre for three consecutive years for tree plantation. This scheme, implemented by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in the interest of farmers, has had a positive impact on the agriculture of the state. There has been an increase in the number of farmers and the area under cultivation. The number of farmers benefited from this scheme in Kharif year 2019 has increased from 18 lakh 43 thousand 370 to 23 lakh 99 thousand 615 in Kharif year 2021. Chhattisgarh is the first state in the country to provide maximum input assistance to farmers. Under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana of Chhattisgarh, farmers are being given annual input assistance of Rs. 9 thousand per acre and Rs. 10 thousand per acre respectively on the basis of crops.Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Agricultural Mazdoor Nyay SchemeChief Minister Shri Baghel will pay grant-in-aid amount to the beneficiaries today under ‘Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana’, in the form of the second installment of the year 2022-23, 3 lakh 54 thousand 744 beneficiaries at the rate of 2 thousand rupees. Total payment of 70 crore 94 lakh 88 thousand rupees, 34 crore 46 lakh 48 thousand rupees to 86 thousand 162 new general beneficiaries of the scheme as the first and second installment of the year 2022-23 at the rate of two thousand rupees and In the financial year 2022-23, 25 thousand 974 beneficiaries of Baiga, Gunia, Pujari, Haat Pahariya, Baja Mohariya category included as the beneficiary of this scheme will be given two thousand rupees each as the first and second installment of the year 2022-23. A total amount of 10 crore 38 lakh 96 thousand will be paid online from Mann.It is worth mentioning that on the initiative of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, ‘Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhoomiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana’ has been started in the financial year 2021-22 with the objective of providing financial support to the families of landless agricultural laborers of rural areas of Chhattisgarh. . A total of Rs 140 crore was paid to 3 lakh 55 thousand 402 beneficiaries of this scheme including the first installment of the scheme on 03 February 2022 and the second installment on 31 March 2022. Similarly, on May 21, 2022, an amount of Rs 70 crore 95 lakh 32 thousand was distributed to 3 lakh 54 thousand 766 beneficiaries as the first installment of the financial year 2022-23. In this way, 210 crore 95 lakh 32 thousand rupees have been paid to the beneficiaries in this scheme so far. Including the amount being distributed on October 17, the amount distributed to the beneficiaries in this scheme will increase to Rs 326 crore 75 lakh 64 thousand. Under this scheme in the financial year 2021-22 A provision was made to give grant-in-aid of Rs. 6,000 annually to the beneficiaries, in which amendment has been made in the financial year 2022-23 to provide grant-in-aid of Rs. 7 thousand to the beneficiaries in three annual installments. In the financial year 2022-23, Pujari, Baiga, Gunia, Manjhi, Haat Pahariya, Baja Mohariya, previously missed beneficiaries and new applicants have been included as beneficiaries of this scheme.

Out of Rs.5 crore 59 lakh being distributed by Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel under Godhan Nyay Yojana, Rs.4.22 crore to cow dung sellers, cattle rearers and villagers, Rs.52 lakh as dividend to women self-help groups and Gauthan. 85 lakh is being paid to the committees. Under the Godhan Nyay Yojana, the amount to be paid to cattle farmers and villagers who sell cow dung in lieu of purchase of cow dung, including the amount to be distributed on October 17, will increase to Rs 174 crore 56 lakh. The amount of dividend to self-help groups will increase to Rs 64 crore 78 lakh and the amount to be paid to Gauthan committees will increase to Rs 98 crore 79 lakh. So far 87.28 lakh quintals of cow dung has been purchased under the scheme. So far 18.61 lakh quintals of vermi compost in Gauthans from purchased dung, 5. 36 lakh quintal super compost and 18 thousand 924 quintal super compost plus have been produced. An income of Rs.84.55 crore has been received from various livelihood activities conducted by self-help groups in Gauthans. 2 lakh 93 thousand 496 cattle farmers are getting benefited from Godhan Nyay Yojana. 01 lakh 61 thousand 518 landless villagers and 46 percent women are getting benefited from the scheme. 10624 Gauthans have been approved in the State, out of which 8408 Gauthans have been made. 3089 Gauthans have become self-supporting in the state.
