Balodabazar / Under the Bhatapara development block of the district, Panchayat teacher Smt. Service has been terminated. For this, District Panchayat CEO Harishankar Chauhan has issued an order today. On the basis of the decision taken in the General Administration Committee meeting on December 14, 2022 for termination of service due to her unauthorized absence and indiscipline, as the explanation presented by Mrs. Mangdaleen Anthony in response to the prior notice was not found satisfactory. His Teacher (Panchayat) post under Rule-5 (b) of Part-III of the Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 and Rule 10 and 11 of the Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012 Service has been terminated since. It may be noted that according to the information received from Block Education Officer, Bhatapara, Teacher Panchayat Mrs. Magdalene Anthony has been continuously absent on her duty since April 30, 2014, due to which action has been taken.
