Two-day training of School Management Committee was organized in Village Jhal Development Block and District Bemetara Chhattisgarh. In which all the members of School Management Committee were present. First of all, the chairman of the committee and the teachers worshiped Mother Saraswati while offering garlands, after that all the members who came in the training introduced themselves. While highlighting the importance of School Management Committee (SMC) by Primary school head reader Mr. Pokhan Ram Sahu, why it was needed, and their role and their duty towards the school was realized. How does the contribution of the school management committee in the educational activity, parenting were specially discussed, in which all the parents should pay attention to the education of their children. Parents have an important role in the teaching work of children, In which mother and father in their home surroundings, while cooking food, while cutting vegetables sitting near their children, considering vegetables as auxiliary material, they can make them understand the count. Can name colours. Can teach alphabets. The father can spend some time in his surroundings and share his experience with the children through book knowledge and co-operate with the children. The committee has been formed so that we can remove the small problems related to the basic facilities and education of that school by meeting the school management committee and we can be alert for a better education. We could manage any kind of chaos related to mid-day meal to the children. School repair and school grant amount is received for basic facilities issued by the government every year, All the members were given detailed information about it and a pledge was given that all (smc) members and guardians would always cooperate with their children’s education work and by removing the difficulties of the children, the stay of the children in the school. To create interest in education, we will always keep presenting our thoughts in the monthly meeting in the school, so that we can give a better education to our children. In this order, 200 plates were provided by the villagers for the mid-day meal of the children. , Due to which the little children were looking very joyful and happy .
