Bemetara 29 November 2022:- Collector Mr. Jitendra Kumar Shukla reviewed the implementation and achievements of departmental schemes and pending applications from the district level officers by taking a weekly time-limit meeting on Tuesday. The Collector said that in view of Chief Minister’s state-wide visit to Bemetara district, no officer will remain on leave or leave the headquarters without the prior permission of the Collector. Instructed to resolve the pending revenue cases before the arrival of the Chief Minister. After reviewing department-wise pending cases, instructions were given to resolve them within the time-limit. Apart from this, payment of pending compensation amount under Revenue Book Circular RBC 6-4, Instructions were given to pay the financial assistance amount under Kovid-19. Under the Godhan Nyaya Yojana, the Collector reviewed district panchayat-wise construction and lifting of vermicompost manure purchased in Gothan. Along with this, officials and other departments and farmers were also asked to lift manure. In view of the winter season, the chief municipal officer of the urban body was asked to arrange bonfire (fire). The Collector took information from the officials of the Livestock Development Department regarding the efforts being made to prevent the infection of Lumpy disease in cattle. During the review meeting, inquired about undisputed renaming, demarcation map, Batakan, demolition of dilapidated buildings, progress of tap connections under Jal Jeevan Mission. He inquired about the condition of dilapidated roads and infrastructure from the concerned department along with infrastructure. Took information about the updated status of construction works including information about new roads. He directed to speed up various construction works in the district. Taking information regarding the procurement of paddy on the support price, the collector gave necessary guidelines. Arrangement of running water drinking water in schools, Anganwadi centers, caste certificate of children, PDS shop construction, Took information regarding Gothan. The District Magistrate directed the District Panchayat CEO to motivate farmers to donate in Gothan and its register should be maintained. Under the Kharif marketing year 2022-23, took information from the officials of Agriculture Cooperative and Food Department regarding the procurement of paddy on the support price. Revenue officers must visit the paddy production centers of their respective areas. Took information from the District Marketing Officer regarding the lifting of paddy. The DMO said that 30 percent paddy has been lifted from the committees so far. During the meeting, the collector discussed the status of mid-day meals in schools, opening of government schools and regular attendance of teachers, opening of ration cards/ration shops and distribution of ration. Status of Naljal Yojana, Review of pending applications of Public Grievance Redressal (PGN), Status of Haat Bazaar Clinic, Payment of Social Security Pension, Instructed to ensure opening of Anganwadi centers and distribution of supplementary nutritious food, status of wage payment under MNREGA and presence of secretary in panchayats.
