National Lok Adalat was organized in all the courts from Taluka level to High Court level in the state. In which, in the cases that are negotiable, mutual consent and conciliation of the parties have been abrogated. Apart from getting the cases resolved in the presence of the parties of the cases in Lok Adalat through both physical and virtual means, the cases of Petty Offenses have also been resolved through special sitting. Motor Accident by District and Sessions Judge Shri Jaideep Vijay Nimonkar A total of 08 cases of Claims Tribunal were settled in which award was passed to provide total amount of 4140000 claim amount to the aggrieved party and in civil suit case 288735 and in execution case Rs 247965/- was awarded. Mr. Vijay Kumar A total of 20 family cases were resolved by the Principal Judge Family Court, Bemetara. Similarly, a total of 10 cases were settled by the First Additional Sessions Judge Mr. Pankaj Sinha, in which the award was passed to provide a total claim amount of 8375000 to the aggrieved party. A total amount of Rs 279257/- has been awarded in 13 cases related to pre-litigation by Smt. Madhu Tiwari, Additional Sessions Judge, POCSO Court, Bemetara. A total amount of Rs. 40000/- has been awarded by the Division Bench of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Smt. Award passed. Award of amount 454180/- was passed in total 39 cases by Second Civil Judge Class-1, Mrs. Tanushree Gabel. A total of 34 cases were disposed of by the Division Bench of the Chairman, Juvenile Justice Board, Bemetara. Third Civil Judge Class-2, Award of Rs.32900/- was passed by Mrs. Kamini Verma in total 85 cases. were nullified. A total of 142 cases were disposed of by Mrs. Ankita Mudaliar, Chairperson, Taluka Legal Services Committee, Saja / Judicial Magistrate, Saja. Like the previous National Lok Adalat, this time also a total of 2437 revenue cases were resolved under the guidance of Collector Mr. Jitendra Kumar Shukla.
