State getting new achievements in medical field-
Garvit Matrabhoomi / Mahasamund: EWS has got 25 seats in Mahasamund Medical College. This will give relief to the children studying medicine. Parliamentary Secretary and MLA Vinod Sevenlal Chandrakar said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Chhattisgarh is making new achievements in health facilities and medical field. Efforts have been made since the beginning to establish Mahasamund Medical College. As a result Mahasamund Medical College got recognition from NMC for hundred seats for the academic session 2022-2023.Now Mahasamund Medical College has got 25 EWS seats in MBBS course. Including this, now teaching work will be done in 125 seats. Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Chandrakar told that children will get relief by getting seats for poor upper castes ie EWS. Since there were no seats, the eligible students of EWS were forced to take admission from the unreserved category. There is a competition for every point in this. This is the reason why many students were denied admission. Now students will be benefited by getting 25 EWS seats.
